Dengue cases spiral to 810 in Keonjhar

Bhubaneswar: The number of dengue affected in the Barbil of Keonjhar district rose to 810 with 18 new cases detected on Monday.
So far, 2,893 blood samples have been tested for the presence of the virus. Further blood samples of 178 persons have been collected for testing.
Earlier, Vector Borne Disease Control Programme Director Dr Gagan Singh Solan reviewed the dengue situation with officials of the State Health Department. Dr Solan is on a five-day visit to the State.
